SASKATOON — The Western Canadian Crop Production Show held Jan. 12 – 15, 2015 in Saskatoon attracted 18,806 people for the four-day event.

“The 2015 Crop Production show saw strong attendance, attributed in part to the great weather, but also the reputation the show has gained over the past 30 plus years,” agriculture manager Lori Cates said in a news release.

This show has become one of the country’s premier grain industry showcases by presenting information to producers on the latest in technology, services, and products.

This year, 351 companies filled 1,022 trade show booths.

The show is held in conjunction with Crop Week events, which involve meetings and presentations hosted by many top commodity groups. The information presented during the events, helps farmers to formulate plans for the upcoming growing season.
