Aspirator attachment
Ram-Bull has introduced an aspirator that attaches to an animal resuscitator.
The resuscitator is the Constant Delivery Animal Resuscitator made in New Zealand.
The aspirator attaches to the back of the resuscitator. It is used to remove mucus that collects in the breathing passages of the animal, particularly if the birth has been difficult or prolonged.
Once cleared, the resuscitator is turned around and used to inflate the lungs.
The aspirator can be bought separately or with the resuscitator.

Dick’s Samplers introduces a product to protect outdoor feed from scavengers such as magpies.
The Kitty Kitchen protects cat food and traps magpies.
Dogs can’t get in, cats can enter and leave as they choose and magpies get trapped. The product is made of 16 gauge, one-by-one inch (2.5-by-2.5 centimetre) steel mesh over a steel frame. It has a diameter of four feet (1.2 metres). There is an access hatch in the top for food or bait.

Big square bales
Case IH has introduced a new large square baler.
The 8585 baler can handle dry or high moisture hay or silage producing a three-by-four foot (one by 1.2 metre) bale weighing up to 1,500 pounds (675 kilograms) dry.
The wide, low-profile pickup has dual cam tracks on both sides for smoother hay flow.
Weight sensors trigger the stuffing cycle, ensuring consistent sizes.
The unit carries enough twine to last a day’s work without interruption.
The knotting system uses top and bottom twine tensioners to evenly feed twine around the bale.
An automatic centralized lubrication system provides grease to 17 points on the baler.
