Morocco fertilizer plant

Morocco has started work on a new fertilizer plant.

The one million tonne per year plant is the second of four that the state-run phosphate monopoly plans to build.

It’s part of a seven-year $7 billion investment plan to increase diammonium and monoammonium phosphate production from three million tonnes to nine million by 2015.
