Masterfeeds Inc. is buying Land O’Lakes Canada Ltd.’s Ontario feed business.
Land O’Lakes has operations in Wellburn, Mitchell, Wingham and Peterborough.
Masterfeeds will also buy two Ontario feed plants leased by Land O’Lakes from Growmark Inc. and continue to serve Ontario Growmark member co-ops.
Masterfeeds is owned by Ag Processing Inc., a U.S. based co-operative.
Land O’Lakes Canada was owned by U.S. co-operative Land O’Lakes, Inc. and Agronomy Company of Canada Ltd.
