The Flax Council of Canada is searching for a new president for the second time in a little over three years.
Will Hill is leaving the council effective Aug. 31, to pursue a job with a private sector agribusiness firm.
Hill, who replaced Barry Hall in 2011, has more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian grain industry including senior management positions as president of ICE Futures Canada, senior vice-president of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool’s grain group and managing director of merchandising and transportation at United Grain Growers.
