The U.S. national live price average for barrows and gilts on November 15 was not available. It was $60.14 on November 08.
U.S. hogs averaged was $84.67 on a carcass basis November 15, up from $81.67 on November 08.

OlyWest 2021 was up, at $238.30 from $237.00 and HyLife’s adjusted price was $ 234.66 this week. On November 9 it was $240.36.
Bison
The Canadian Bison Association reported domestic carcass prices for finished bulls $570 to $600 per cwt., hot hanging weight. Finished heifers were $540 to $570 cwt. HHW. Mature bulls were $375 to $400 cwt. HHW, while mature cows were $400 to $425 cwt. HHW.
Carcass prices for bison being sold into the U.S. were US$440 to US$460 for bulls per cwt. HHW. Heifers were US$425 to US$445 per cwt. HHW. Mature bulls were not available while mature cows were not available. HHW. All prices are subject to fluctuations in the market and dollar exchange rates.
Prices for live bison in Canada were $3.00 per pound for bulls and $2.70 per pound for heifers of good quality or better. Mixed live animal price was not available.
Lambs
Ontario Stockyards Inc. reported 179 sheep, and 582 lambs sold on November 11.
Beaver Hill Auctions at Tofield, Alberta reported 1,631 sheep, and 288 goats sold November 4.
Wool lambs lighter than 54 lb. were $280-$350 per cwt., 55-69 lb. were $280-$325, 70-85 lb. were $245-$295, 86-105 lb. were $225-$265, and 106 lb. and heavier were $210-$240. Wool rams were $130-$185 per cwt. Cull ewes were $150-$215.
Hair lambs lighter than 54 lb. were $270-$325, 55-69 lb. were $240-$300, 70-85 lb. were $225-$285, 86-105 lb. were $215-$245 and 106 lb. and heavier were $210-$230. Hair rams were $140-$175 per cwt. Cull ewes were $140-$210.
