Owen McAuley just summed up, in closing Fields on Wheels, what most people here are thinking:
“We need some defining rules pretty quickly.”
“We need to get this argument over with.”
But for the grain trade, from farmers to grain companies to railways to ports, if the world of wheat, barley and durum marketing is going to change August 2012, the government had better spell out this thing, because people need to get their heads around it.
