Andy Lassey was talking about Antler Bio, a company that ties management to genetic potential through epigenetics.

Antler Bio, a company from the United Kingdom, has created a product that uses blood tests to determine how well a cow is meeting its genetic potential and what can be done to improve the outcome.

The field is called epigenetics, and Antler Bio is one of the first companies to create a testing program to prove management-genetic interactions.
