The government of prime minister Stephen Harper has the right to amend legislation. As the present legislation exists, however, it has an obligation, a duty and a responsibility to deal with it first.
This must be carried out appropriately and according to the laws of our country.
To do otherwise, democracy in Canada will have shamefully become morphed into a state of tyranny.
