igb092105stock_shot_of_straw_bales.JPGAs the days and weeks pass, failure to halt the British Petroleum undersea oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico continues to appall. The oil keeps spewing and its spread is causing a massive environmental disaster. How is this mess going to be cleaned up?
Farmers, used to dealing with problems, may have the answer. Hay or straw spread on the water could help collect the oil for easier recovery.
