I am an 81-year-old veteran and I don’t feel right wearing a poppy on Nov. 11 in remembrance of those who died.

When we let the government of the last 30 years put their great grandchildren in debt, which is still $585 billion that is costing $41 billion a year in interest that’s caused the inflation that has caused the bankruptcy of a lot of businesses that has caused the unemployment that has caused the crime … and gave themselves big wages for doing it. …

Oh Lord, forgive us but let us speak up in the future. And not forget our duty. … We will remember them.
