CSI in Saskatoon

I came across this YouTube video this morning that I thought might be of interest. It’s about work undertaken by the Canadian Wheat Board lab in Saskatoon. As those in the video note, it looks like something out of CSI (Crime Scene Investigations) on television, but it’s certainly much more useful to prairie grain farmers.
