It was with sadness that I read of the impending demise of Western People. That magazine
a homey quality to your newspaper.
In particular, I will miss Doug Gilroy’s columns. After reading his nature series for years,
his retirement feels a bit like the loss of a valued friend. His articles were always interesting
and informative.
