SASKATOON (Staff) — Sinclair Harrison, reeve of the RM of Moosomin, has been elected president of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities. He replaces Bernard Kirwan, who retired from the position following the recent annual SARM meeting.
In other elections, Louis Wolkowski of Canora, a councillor for the RM of Buchanan, became vice-president.
The rest of the board of directors includes Don Taylor of Bredenbury, Ron Gleim of Chaplin, Keith Carleton of Neville, Jim Hallick of Sturgis, Nick Postnikoff of Blaine Lake, Rudi Peters of Rabbit Lake and executive director Daryl Chambers of Regina.
