The new Foundations in Agricultural Management program through the University of Guelph, in collaboration with RBC and FCC, will help farmers to brush up on their farm business management skills.

Launched in January, the free, self-paced online course will guide farmers in implementing effective business planning processes, leveraging financial tools, motivating teams and managing farm transition.

The program is composed of eight 20-minute video modules, which will be offered four times a year.
