Wheat and durum port prices were sharply lower in the latest Agriculture Canada weekly price summary while canola was a little weaker.
As of April 17, the West Coast price for No. 1 CW hard red wheat 13.5 percent protein was $295.99 per tonne, down $30.71 a tonne from where it was the week before.
The St. Lawrence price for the same grade was $306, down $21.89.
The West Coast price for No. 1 durum 13 percent protein price was $502.13, down $26.82 and the St. Lawrence 12 percent protein price fell to $433.26, down $18.88.
Canola at the West Coast was $485.70, down $3.96.
