High stream flow advisories remained in effect today for the South Saskatchewan River including Medicine Hat, the Oldman River downstream from Lethbridge and for the Bow River and tributaries upsteam and downstream of Calgary.

Advisories have ended for the Highwood and Sheep rivers and their tributaries.

Alberta Environment reported this morning that river levels are now falling in all three rivers. No significant precipitation is in the forecast for the next few days.

A high stream flow advisory means water levels are high and minor flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
