Sask. farmer dies in fall

A farm accident has claimed the life of Nick Flaman, the son of former CWB director Rod Flaman.

Nick was 35 and died after a fall July 19.

He operated a consulting company, Living Sky Agronomy, as well as the family farm, South Valley Farm near Edenwold, Sask.

His wife Charissa, son Grayson, five, and daughter Sefryn, three, survive him, as do his parents, Rod and Jeanne Flaman, and his brother, Nathan.

An education fund has been established for Flaman’s children, and contributions may be sent to Box 796, Balgonie, Sask. S0G 0E0.

The funeral will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Balgonie Multiplex.
