Rocky Mountain Dealerships is buying Chabot Implements, a Manitoba Case IH dealer.
Chabot has locations in Portage La Prairie, Steinbach and Elie and has operated for about 80 years. It also sells Kubota equipment at Neepawa, Man.
Rocky Mountain will pay $6.8 million with adjustments for working capital .
Chabot had gross revenue of $68 million in 2014.
Rocky Mountain has dealerships across the prairie provinces.
