CWB updated its Pool Return Outlooks for 2013-14 Early Delivery and Annual Pools on Thursday, as well as Futures Choice Early Delivery and Annual Pools.
Wheat price outlooks are mixed as protein spreads are widening, while durum, canola, malt barley and field pea PROs are lower.
Compared to the PROs released in mid-September, wheat spreads widened, resulting in projected returns ranging from $5 per tonne higher to $6 per tonne lower in the Early Delivery Pool, and $4 per tonne higher to $7 per tonne lower in the Annual Pool.

No. 1 CWRS wheat in the Early Delivery Pool is now $267, down from $273. The same grade in the Annual Pool is $270, down from $277.
No.1 CWRS 14.5 percent protein is $295, up $4 in the Early Delivery pool and $298, up $3 in the Annual Pool.
Projected returns for durum in the Early Delivery are $23-$27 lower and Annual Pools are down $22-$26 per tonne.
No. 1 CWAD is now $285 in the Early Delivery Pool and $284 in the Annual Pool.
Projected returns for canola are down $20 at $525 in the Early Delivery Pool and at $530 in Annual Pool.
Select CW two-row malt barley is down $30 per tonne at $270 in both pools.
Field pea PRO is down $2 per tonne at $293 in the Early Delivery Pool, while the Annual Pool is unchanged at $290.
