Durum falls again in weekly port price review

Durum port prices fell hard again in the latest Agriculture Canada weekly price summary, spring wheat and canola were a little weaker.

As of April 10 the West Coast price for No. 1 durum 13 percent protein price was $528.95, down $7.26 and the St. Lawrence 12 percent protein price fell to $452.14, down $29.85.

The West Coast price for No. 1 CW hard red wheat 13.5 percent protein was $326.70 per tonne, down $3.43 a tonne from where it was the week before. The St. Lawrence price for the same grade was $327.89, down $7.13.

Canola at the West Coast was $489.56, down $2.99.
