Canadian grain company CWB has sold its Winnipeg office tower.
Reports out of Winnipeg say the CWB building was purchased by Hopewell, a Calgary based company involved in real estate, commercial and residential development and property management.
Details on the sale — including the purchase price — have not been made public but a spokesperson from CWB confirmed in an email today that the building has been sold.
The deal closed at the end of January.
CWB will continue to occupy space in the eight-storey office tower.
Officials from Hopewell were not immediately available for comment.
