My sincere apologies to Mr. Leinweber for inadvertently using his name when in fact the nonsensical CWB Dream letter (Apr. 21) was written by Bernard Rostaing of Ohaton, Alta.
In reading Mr. Leinweber’s letter, we are on the same page as to the solution for the CWB. Further, I could not agree more about his confirmation of the CWB position in the world grain trade as that of being no more than the squeaking mouse in the forest.
The only powers of monopoly the CWB can exercise is the right to take away the freedom of choice for western Canadian farmers as to how they want to market their own grain.
The CWB have no powers to dictate change in the international marketplace, as is the basis of all monopolies.
