Saskatchewan’s Action Committee on the Rural Economy will hold a series of public meetings in early December, following last week’s release of new recommendations to the provincial government.

The committee said it would unveil the new recommendations in Regina on Nov. 23. They focus on employment, business development, crown land and infrastructure.

The five public meetings will begin Dec. 2 in Yorkton and wrap up Dec. 13 in Carlyle.

The committee will incorporate feedback into the final recommendations it presents to the government in March.
