The Lozova Ducat uses Harp Agro Unit bearing units that provide three-level bearing protection. These bearing eliminate additional lubrication points and increase the interval of work.
The Harp hubs are installed on the disc stands and the roller. There’s an additional rubber ring around the bearing that prevents axial misalignments and absorbs shock loads. The X-Shield protects the bearing from moisture and dirt:
- The first protection level is the Labyrinth cutter, which prevents high pressure of the soil to the sealing. This protects the unit from mechanical damages.
- The second protection level is the cassette seal that provides reliable protection from moisture and mechanical impurities.
- The third protection level is lip sealing, which is integrated in the bearing.

The Harp bearing can be replaced without replacing the housing. At the end of service life, the bearing can be replaced in a workshop and the unit can be used again. This complex of seals provides reliable protection against any type of contamination.
