Canadian Western Agribition has appointed a new livestock and rodeo manager. Shawna Fuchs has worked for the show for seven years, serving as acting manager for the past three months. Before that she was assistant livestock manager.

With several changes planned in livestock shows and the rodeo, general manager Leon Brin said Fuchs’s experience will be an asset.

This year, 90,000 sq. feet of trade show space will be added. The rodeo will change from a professional rodeo stop to the Canadian Cowboys’ Association finals.

The event is scheduled for Nov. 21-26 in Regina.
