RCMP look for info on cultivator shovels placed in crop swaths

RCMP are urging farmers in the Lipton and Rural Municipality of North Qu’Appelle areas of Saskatchewan to watch for unusual activity after several reports of mischief to crop swaths.

Four reports of cultivator shovels placed under swaths in fields have come in so far. Farmers have picked up the shovels while harvesting, resulting in extensive damage to their combines.
