DuPont has added five new products to its PrecisionPac herbicide system.

For extended pre-seeding burn off before seeding barley and wheat and for chemical fallow and post harvest weed control, there is the new Express Pro.

It adds 15 days of control to the already available Express SG. The product can be tank mixed with glyphosate.

On the post emergent side, DB858 has been added for control of broadleaf weeds, including Group Two resistant types, in wheat and barley in the brown soil zone. It is tank mixed with 2,4-D and can be used with Puma Super and Everest.

DB8454 is designed for the dark brown and brown soil zones for spring wheat, durum and barley.

It tank mixes with Harmony, Horizon and Everest and also works on Group Two resistant broadleaves such as kochia.

DB-10550, for brown and dark brown soil zones with lighter populations of Group Two resistant weeds, will control a variety of broadleaf problems. It can be tank mixed with Horizon and is for spring-planted wheat and barley.

PP2525 is for crops in black and dark brown soil zones. It is tank mixable with 2,4-D or Banvel for broadleaf weed control. To add grass control, it can be mixed with Harmony, Axial, Everest, Horizon and Puma Super.

Also for those crops, there is other new option from the PrecisionPac machine, the PP23135 formulation. It is aimed at tough populations of wild buckwheat, volunteer canola, stork’s bill, hemp nettle, cow cockle and red root pigweed. It is only to be applied once annually and can be tank mixed with Puma Super or 2,4-D.

Express SG, Refine SG and Triton C were the first products registered for the DuPont herbicide system.
