Efficient ventilation
Two new 36 and 48-inch (91 and 122 centimetre) fans have been introduced by Aerotech Inc.
The fan packages include Grower fan panels, the choice of either narrow or deep galvanized steel housings, plastic inlet shutters and wire discharge guards. A 48-inch (122 cm) belt drive system is available in addition to the direct drive units.
The deeper housing option provides 17.8 cm of clearance between guards and propellers which is required by some safety codes.

Straw managers
Power-Matic Industries has added two products to its line of harrow bars and harrows. The Straw Manager harrow bar has 1.3 x 50-centimetre tines which spread straw and level soil after tillage, chemical incorporation and general harrowing. It comes in 12, 16.8, 21.6 and 26.4 metre (40, 56, 72 and 88-foot) widths.
Hydraulic wheel height adjustment is standard equipment, along with automatic folding and unfolding from the tractor seat. The Three Bar Mulcher Harrow is available in standard duty with one x 41 cm tines, for use behind light duty cultivators.
It is available in 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 metre (four, five and six-foot) widths. A heavy duty three-bar mulcher can be used behind deep tillage cultivators. It has 1.3 x 51 cm tines and comes in 1.8, 2.4 and three metre (six, eight and 10-foot) widths.
