Double decker trailer
Lift-Off Tri Haul Ltd. has introduced a double decker lift-off stock trailer for smaller animals.
The unit has the same lift-off top as the company’s regular stock trailers, but has a removable second level and double side openings to vent both levels.
The openings can be closed for cold weather hauling. Extra air can be piped in from roof vents to both levels.
The upper level has a double slider rear door. When the upper area is full, this secondary door can be closed and then the lower level can be filled.

Hay equipment

The bale Grapple Fork can be adapted to fit any front-end loader. The grapple clinches the bale from the side or end without damaging the bale or twine. A third hydraulic control is required to operate the fork.

Yeast culture CD
Research on yeast culture in livestock feeds is available on a free compact disk from Diamond V Mills of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The CD has results of yeast culture research with dairy, beef, swine, poultry, horses, sheep, goats, aquaculture and pet foods.
It also has research on Aspergillus oryzae.
