Miller Electric has released a 14 horsepower portable welder and generator for farm and light industrial use.
The Wildcat 200 is 70 kilograms lighter than other welders in its class and 30 percent smaller than previous machines, says the company. The 156 kg unit provides up to 200 amps of stick and TIG welding and is powered by a Subaru motor. The 5,000 watt generator provides a single 220 volt outlet and four 110 volt outlets.

Double jointed unload
Wheatheart Manufacturing has developed a new grain auger that can reach both of the hoppers on a 54 foot grain trailer without having to reposition the truck and trailer.
The 13 inch auger has a double jointed, hydraulically powered swing arm that extends about 3.5 metres away from its base. Hydraulic outriggers stabilize the machine. The auger tube is available in 71, 81 and 91 foot lengths. The augers reach to 49, 60 and 61 feet respectively.
