Dozer blade
The new model 4000 dozer blade by Leon Manufacturing fits six tractor models in the John Deere track series: 9320T; 9420T; 9520T; 9430T; 9530T and 9630T.
When mounted on the proper John Deere models, the blade offers a lifting clearance of 49 inches and extra high under-frame clearance to prevent hang-ups.
All Leon blades feature a unique blade contour and are ripple formed for clean roll-off and roll break action to make pushing easier.
The blades also feature Leon’s patented quick-on, quick-off mounting system and are designed to allow for maximum service accessibility.
The blade can be ordered with optional side extensions and is available in custom colours on special orders.
Other features include visible mounting points, a cushion relief valve system, optional hydraulic vertical tilt and adjustable skid shoes.
The blade is available in 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 foot widths capable of digging at a depth of eight to 10 inches.
The blade’s replaceable cutting edge is built with durable 5/8 tempered steel.
