Low profile poly tanks
Free Form Plastic Products has introduced its new line-up of low profile liquid tanks.
The poly tanks are available in black, white or an algae prevention design.
The exterior of the tank is white to reflect the sun’s heat and the interior is black to block ultraviolet rays.
The tank is 1,350 imperial gallons, although additional sizes are planned. It is 78 inches wide, 144 inches long and 53 inches high.
The tanks come in a standard
or heavy-duty version, which enables them to be used for water, liquid fertilizer and most other liquids.

Nytro Ag Corp and Green Lightning recieved an innovation award at Ag in Motion 2025 for the Green Lightning Nitrogen Machine, which converts atmospheric nitrogen into a plant-usable form.
Each tank comes with four loading-unloading hooks, a choice of fitting size, interior siphon tube and 21 inch manhole opening with vented lid.
Low profile tanks are designed with “extreme ribbing,” which adds structural strength, reduces liquid sloshing and enables the tank to be securely fastened for transport without metal support hoops.
Heavy-duty, dome-shaped ends provide added strength to the tank and reduce liquid sloshing.

New biodiesel blends
Cummins has announced the approval of biodiesel B20 blends for use in 2002 and later emissions-compliant ISX, ISM, ISL, ISC and ISB engines, including the recently released 2007 engines.
Cummins, which had previously limited biodiesel use to B5, gave three reasons for the upgrade:
- The American Society of Testing Materials specification ASTM D6751 now includes an important stability specification for B100 biodiesel.
- The availability of quality fuel from BQ-9000 certified marketers and accredited producers is growing rapidly.
- Cummins has completed the necessary testing and evaluations to ensure that customers can reliably operate their equipment with confidence using B20 fuel.
