Lightbar guidance system
Trimble has introduced a high-performance version of its AgGPS EZ-Guide Plus lightbar guidance system.
The system is called the EZ-Guide 500 and features a seven-inch color LCD, data logging functions and multiple accuracy options. The system has a built-in lightbar with a guidance LED array that is easy to see, even in direct sun.
It offers advanced but easy-to-use guidance patterns, as well as real-time where-applied coverage mapping. The plan and perspective views allow users to see on screen, in colour and real-time, the area they have covered in the field.

Nytro Ag Corp and Green Lightning recieved an innovation award at Ag in Motion 2025 for the Green Lightning Nitrogen Machine, which converts atmospheric nitrogen into a plant-usable form.
With the data logging function, users can record the day’s work and transfer it to a personal computer via a USB flash drive.
The high precision dual-frequency L1/L2 GPS receiver offers three accuracy options without buying an external GPS receiver.
Options include eight-inch pass-to-pass accuracy with free WAAS signals, five-inch accuracy with OmniSTAR XP/HP subscription service and one-inch year-to-year repeatability using RTK corrections.
The EZ-Guide 500 is designed to provide GPS positioning and graphic display for use with Trimble’s assisted steering, automated guidance and spray rate control solutions.
The EZ-Steer assisted steering system can be connected to the EZ-Guide 500 system in a half hour and can be used on hundreds of vehicle models.
The 500 can also run the Trimble AgGPS Autopilot automated steering system, which offers multiple accuracy options, including plus or minus one-inch repeatable accuracy.
Trimble now offers a complete range of guidance displays. These include the entry-level AgGPS
EZ-Guide Plus, mid-range
AgGPS EZ-Guide 500 and high-functioning AgGPS FieldManager.

Disc header from Case
The new Case IH RDX131 rotary disc header is
designed to enhance productivity of hay growers who face difficult drying conditions. Compatible with WDX1902 and WDX2302 windrowers, the 13-foot-wide header is ideal for maneuvring in small or
irregularly shaped fields.
High relative humidity during haying months makes drying difficult. The smaller cut width of the RDX131 lays less material into the windrower swath, which speeds drying because it exposes a thinner crop matte to the sunlight and heat of the day. Faster drying produces a higher quality hay crop.
Transport is also easy with the RDX131 header. The RDX131 was designed and built with the same components as other Case IH rotary disc headers, including the same modular cutterbed.

Front mount sprayer
Fast Sprayers of Mountain Lake, Minnesota, has introduced the 94FM front mount sprayer, which allows the operator to stay focused ahead of the machine, increasing operator performance and reducing fatigue and stress.
A unique feature is a hydraulic wing cushioning system that gives the boom the best possible ride and enhances durability.Â
Boom lengths range from 80 feet to 100 feet, all of which can be folded into a 60 foot spraying position.
A quick mount system allows the tractor operator to easily move into and out of the sprayer.
A 94FM with a 1,000 US gallon tank, Raven 450 controller and 90 foot boom retails for $34,000 US.

Air hoe drill
New Holland’s new SD550 air hoe drill allows a working width of up to 70 feet.
The patented fold-up system allows it to fold up to a 17 feet, eight inch transport width for safer road trips.
The design uses all tires during transport for a smooth ride when moving from field to field.
The SD550 features a flexible frame that allows each wing and press wheel to follow the contours of the field independently without affecting adjacent sections.
Depth accuracy is assured from the front to the rear of the machine with a patented, two-wing piece. The front two ranks follow terrain at a depth set by the nearby caster assemblies, and the rear two ranks follow the ground on which the press wheels run.
Customized soil closing options include single bar, heavy harrow or disc levellers.
