Plastic shelter
Hold-on Industries’ newest product is called the Strongbox.
It features one-piece poly construction with a plywood floor, built-in runners, built-in tow hooks and tie downs.
The lockable door can swing out or be removed. The Strongbox measures four feet by four feet by 10 feet.
This container was originally designed as a retrieval sled for quads or snowmobiles that had broken down in the field and needed to be towed back.
When introduced at a recent trade show, many said they could also use it to store tools and materials on construction sites, as a calf shelter or for hauling smaller livestock such as hogs.

DuPont soluble granules
DuPont says its new Solumax soluble granule herbicide technology will allow its herbicides to have the convenience of a dry product, yet act like a liquid. This will mean simplified tank cleanout and improved plant absorption.
Travis Schoonbaert, cereal and oilseed product manager for DuPont Canada, said the Solumax granules go into solution, unlike most dry products that are only in suspension when mixed.
That means they won’t settle out in the spray tank and will clean out faster and easier.
Solumax will soon be introduced in a number of DuPont herbicides.
