Fertilizer line
Case IH has unveiled a new line of fertilizer placement implements.
The NTX5310 Strip-Till System is designed to maximize nutrient intake and reduce runoff in minimum or no-till situations. It offers minimum till producers a nutrient application option for wet, cold spring conditions. By banding fertilizer into the root zone, the fertilizer is placed during a single pass to minimize soil disruption and compaction and ensure a more uniform seedbed that dries faster.
The NTX5310 uses 24-inch coulters to slice through thick plant residue and reduce plugging and bunching. Exclusive, high-clearance shanks deliver the holding power needed to operate in the toughest soil conditions.

For pre-plant and side-dressed fertilizer applications, Case IH has introduced NPX5300. It features a liquid tank option for dual placement of liquid and anhydrous fertilizers, reversible spring double disk sealers that seal and smooth the soil behind the knife and an expandable tool bar that increases application options. The NPX5300 is available in a range of widths and row
spacings and is available in single and double fold sizes.
