GPS guided hitch
Outback Guidance’s new GPS Hitch provides improved implement guidance and is designed to replace traditional disc markers.
The hitch mounts on the tractor drawbar and connects directly to the Outback S global positioning guidance system.
In the “follow GPS” mode, the hitch follows the GPS guideline.
If the operator strays from the line, the hitch will compensate to correct the implement’s path.
In “follow tracks” mode, the hitch allows the implement to properly track through standing crops on hillsides and on curves, the company says. It can be mounted on tractors from 80-228 horsepower. Compact, dual cylinders provide 20 inches of hitch swing.
A tilt sensor provides side hill compensation.
