Short-run conveyor
A high-utility 36 or 46-centimetre (14 or 18-inch) wide belt conveyor for installations up to 15 metres (50 feet) is now available from Jamesway. The RX 50 Belt Conveyor features rigid 16-gauge galvanized steel sections that will span up to six metres between supports. Sections are available in various lengths and are designed with a 140-degree trough for higher concave belt capacity.
The RX 50 has simple belt tightener features involving a steel tapered wing design roller that centres the belt and cleans itself of feed. A lagged drive roller and low horsepower drive unit help keep operating costs low.

Improved feed bunk
The poly bunk with optional v-rack is the newest addition to a line of livestock handling equipment manufactured by Powder River.
The poly bunk has a trough made of tough polyethylene. Instead of using a poly sheet to form a trough, Power River’s bunk is a one-piece unit that will not fall out. Its frame is made from 14-gauge tubing and has five heavy straps to support the bunk.
The matching v-rack is 71 cm tall (28 inches) and made from steel rod. It will easily hold two bales of hay. Contact: Rod Lackey, Powder River, Box 50758, Provo, Utah 84605; tel. 1-800-453-5318; fax 1-801-377-6927.
Quick nozzle selection
The Quick TeeJet 360 nozzle body series has a rugged design that positions up to five spray nozzles in a 360-degree pattern for maximum flexibility in chemical applications.
A product of Spraying Systems Co., the 360 can be equipped with three, four or five outlets, featuring positive shutoffs between each outlet. This allows the applicator to easily close individual spray tips. The 360 also can be equipped with diaphragm check valves for drip-free shutoff.
Caps and color coding assist the applicator. Ports are tightly positioned close to the centre, for greater strength and reduced exposure during spraying or transport.
