Chicken publication
The George Morris Centre, an independent think tank at Guelph, Ont., has launched a new publication, Canadian Chicken Market Review.
This monthly publication is designed for participants in the chicken industry, from producer to retailer and food service. It focuses on market conditions and outlook for the Canadian chicken market.
The publisher says the newsletter’s coverage on all segments of industry across Canada will appeal to those who already know the data and market conditions. It will provide analysis on prices, production, storage stocks and volumes. It will also look at pricing and production expectations for the competing meats, beef and pork.
The review is written by Kevin Grier, market analyst for the George Morris Centre. It will be delivered by mail or e-mail during the first week of each month to provide outlook and commentary for that month and the next.
For information on subscribing, phone the centre at 519-822-3929.
