Registration for herbicide
DuPont had received registration for Refine Extra for control of flixweed in wheat, barley and oats.
Flixweed is widely distributed across Western Canada and is one of the first weeds to appear in spring. It germinates in fall and given the warm conditions so far, could be well advanced before killing frosts hit.
Refine Extra is a broadleaf herbicide registered to control 30 weeds and can be applied up to the flagleaf stage of the crop.
For more information contact a Refine Extra retailer or call the DuPont ag products hotline at 800-667-3925.
