Steering by satellite
Auto-Guide satellite-based steering systems from Agco Global Technologies can now be installed on some models of Agco DT series tractors including the DT180A, DT200A, DT220A and DT240A.
The auto-guide system consists of a complete kit, including a TopDock that mounts on the cab roof and an in-cab Auto Guide terminal.
The package includes an interface unit as well as all cables, hydraulics and brackets. The TopDock and Auto Guide terminal can be transferred easily from one machine to another equipped with Auto-Guide technology.
The TopDock unit, complete with GPS antenna, steering controller and receiver and Dynamic measuring unit, is designed to receive L1 and L2 GPS signals, Omnistar differential GPS data signals and the Wide Area Augmentation System correction signal.
The terminal console’s colour monitor makes storage and retrieval of information simple and reliable. The monitor can display multiple waylines, pointsets and pathways between points and vehicle and implement widths.
