Steel pipe
Valmont Irrigation has a new corrosion resistant stainless steel pipe.
The stainless steel material includes the pipe and other metal surfaces that are exposed to water, such as couplers and flanges.

Tire gives better ride
BF Goodrich has a new radial tire for farm applications.
The Power Radial 80 has a tread that features 45 degree swept-back design and additional lugs to give a smooth ride and even wear.
The contour of the tread helps the tire clean itself. Its R1+ lug height provides traction and long tire life.
The tubeless tire has shoulder and casing engineered for low-pressure performance.
It has an eight-year limited warranty on workmanship and a five-year field hazard and stubble damage warranty.

Transport trailer
Trailtech has a new swather transport trailer.
The ST2000 is equipped with rubber-mounted and recessed lighting, two 7,000 torflex rubber ride electric braking axles and other features for the safe transport of large self-propelled swathers.
With increasing specialty crop acreage, the need to move swathers from field to field is crucial.
Trailtech also makes a variety of transports for rigid and draper style straight cut headers and round bale trailers.

Wire tightener
Ram-Bull Ltd. of Barons, Alta., has been appointed Canadian distributor of the Multi-Tight wire tightener. The Multi-Tight is an innovative fencing tool that offers a new and convenient method of tightening wires without cutting them. The tightener works on all types of wire up to 12.5 gauge. It will not kink the wire and it costs approximately one-third the price of a conventional wire tightener.
