Foundation forming

Westeel has introduced a new foundation forming system that makes grain bins more moisture tight.

The vertical sealing system joins the bin’s wall sheets directly to the concrete form wall sheet. The system does not need anchor bolts or need to be dismantled after installation so it’s fast to build.

Westeel has also introduced a Seed-Stor hopper bottom bin designed for storage of identity preserved seed and high density crops such as durum and peas.

Seed-Stor is designed to provide superior bin clean-out and has no internal stiffeners that can promote fungus growth and insect migration.
