Mower lift
John Pawlivsky has introduced the JP Big Rock Riding Mower Lift in two models.
The units allow the operator to lift the front of a garden tractor to expose the mower blades, clean the housing and remove the blades for sharpening. The cable is raised with a hand crank.
Model A is a fixed-size unit while Model B is made of steel pipe and can be adjusted to widths and heights from two to 3.5 metres (six to 10 feet).
It can be taken apart for transport.

Self-loading baler saves time
FalCan Industries has introduced the Boss Four self-loading square bale processor designed to save time for the large beef or dairy operator.
The unit self-loads four 1.2 by 1.2 metre (four by four feet) or six 0.9 by 0.9 m (three-by-three) square bales. The bales are pro-cessed one at a time and at a speed of 15 seconds each.
A stack retriever backs up against a stack and picks up the bales. A push plate pushes the bale through a flail tube, equipped with 15 x 5 centimetres (six-by-two inch) flails.
The flails are spaced to run through knives that can be adjusted to chop hay or straw to a length of about 7.6 cm (three in.).
A deflector shield on the side permits bunk feeding, stockpiling or windrowing in the down position, or the material can be distributed up to 15 m (50 ft.) in the up position.
The Boss Four requires at least an 80 h.p. tractor.
