Tarp for hopper extensions
Crary Co. has introduced a rugged tarp for its Big Top hopper extensions. The 18-ounce waterproof canvas cover has grommets and comes with bungee draw ropes for securing to the extension. The tarp stays pliable in cold weather. Support rods, which help to reduce water accumulation in the centre of the tarp, insert into side-panel pockets. Blade for poultry barns
Kubota has introduced a 1.23 metre (48-inch) blade specially designed for cleaning poultry barns. It is designed to be mounted on Kubota’s GF1800 front-mount, four-wheel drive tractor. Handy hydraulic control levers adjust the blade angling and downward pressure. The blade’s moldboard has a spring trip. Quick-attach mounting allows for a mower, snowblower, sweeper or grass-collection attachment.
The tractor is powered by a three-cylinder, 18 h.p. diesel engine. A hydrostatic transmission eliminates shifting and clutching, speed and forward and reverse changes are controlled by the same foot pedal.
