Antibiotic for lambs
Pharmacia and Upjohn have received approval for Excenel sterile powder as an injectable antibiotic for bacterial respiratory disease in lambs. Excenel features small volume intramuscular injections and 24-hour meat withdrawal.

Bale loader
Hecla Industries has introduced an improved Lahman Big 8 Bale Loader. The loader is 2.9 metres by 7.3 metres and has an eight-bale capacity at 680 kilograms per bale or 5,440 kg per load.

Manure spreader tank
J-Star Industries has introduced a new line of Auto-Trac steerable manure spreader tanks.
They are available in 4,100, 4,600 and 5,600 U.S. gallon four-wheel models and 6,100 and 7,200 gallon six-wheel models. Each tank comes with steerable axles, a heavy duty independent undercarriage and a high-powered liquid manure pump. Equipped with large flotation tires, all tank models measure 300 cm wide and 318 cm high.
