Smooth-riding sprayer
F/S Manufacturing has introduced a cart sprayer available in a 2,838-litre (625-gallon) tank with a 18.4-27.6 m (60-90 ft.) self-leveling, knee-action “cushion” boom. The stability provided by cushioning and front-mounting of the boom makes for a smooth ride. The cart uses a heavy-duty walking tandem unit. Also featured are spray-system nozzles, in-cab electronic controls, deep sump, hydraulic centrifugal pump, single-axle or walking tandem, bottom fill and safety rinse tank. King-sized tub grinder
Farmhand has introduced a heavy-duty agricultural tub grinder designed for tractors with 125-225 horsepower. The HG4050 grinds large round bales, large square bales, loose hay, cereals and ear corn. It uses fewer moving parts than other grinders. Grinding is performed by a high-capacity 127-centimetre (50-inch) rotor using one-cm thick, hard-faced, reversible, free-swinging hammers.
An electronic governor regulates in-feeding to the rotor and ensures continuous grinding in the 3.5-metre tub. Twenty-one screens are available.
