Pickup sprayer
F/S Manufacturing has introduced a full-windscreened, mid-mounted, self-leveling, knee-action boom on a pickup sprayer.
The pickup sprayer features a 1,520-litre tank and a 2.8-4.25 metre (60-90 ft.) cushion boom.
Other features include self-contained jacks, quick-jack boom height adjustment, eight h.p. Honda/hydro pump, centre console cab controls, operator platform, rear step, bottom fill, safety rinse tank, optional hydraulic boom lift, MicroTrak control system and Firestone air suspension bags.

New welder
Miller Electric Mfg. Co. has introduced its new single-phase Millermatic Vintage welder, with a “soft”, tapped transformer arc. The industrial MIG unit provides 200 amps output at 60 percent duty cycle, or 250 amps at 40 percent duty cycle. It is designed to weld materials up to one centimetre thick in a single pass. The voltage control is a six-tap style switch with a high-low range, providing 12 welding ranges.
In addition, the adjustable wire feed speed can be used for fine-tuning performance. The Vintage is self-contained and includes power source, wire feeder, Victor regulator, gas hose, MIG gun and extra consumables. It has aluminum welding capabilities and provides a polarity changeover for solid or flux-cored wires.
