Bio Extraction Inc. has broken ground on a $10 million canola crush plant in Saskatoon.
The plant, at 40,000 tonnes per year, will be a specialty operation producing protein feed products for the aquaculture industry using a low temperature process.
It is expected to begin production in January and ramp up to full capacity over six months.
