The Alberta Grains Council has re-launched its Choice Matters website, which provides information on alternative grain marketing options to the Canadian Wheat Board.
Choice Matters was launched in 2006. It has been redesigned and is back on-line in time for the CWB’s directors elections.
The wheat board is electing directors in districts one, three, five, seven and nine. District one is located entirely within Alberta while districts three and five are partially located in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The Canadian Wheat Board is the sole marketing agency for prairie wheat and barley destined for export or for human consumption in Canada.
